How do I sell my gold at AnyGold?
Walk into our shop, pick your item, and we’ll evaluate and weigh it in front of you. Please bring along your IC or valid ID.
How do I get paid?
We pay immediately — either in cash or via instant bank transfer, based on your preference.
Do you charge any fees or commissions?
No commissions, no hidden fees. We pay based on: Gold Weight × Our Live Rate. Stones, springs, or non-gold parts will be removed and not included in the payout.
What types of gold do you accept?
We accept gold of all purities — from 999.9 to 375 and anything in between.
Do I need to bring the receipt for the gold item?
No, we do not require the original purchase receipt. Just bring your IC and the item itself.
Do you accept broken or damaged gold items?
Yes, we accept damaged or broken gold items. What matters is the purity and weight of the gold.
Can I sell gold on someone else’s behalf?
For legal and compliance reasons, the person selling the gold must be present with a valid ID.
How is the price calculated?
Our payout is calculated using the formula: Gold Weight × Our Live Rate. This rate is visible on our website in real time.
What if I lock the rate but don’t come immediately?
Locked rates are valid for 3 hours. If prices rise, the new rate will apply. If prices drop, your locked rate will still be honored.
Can I negotiate the price?
No. We operate on a transparent pricing model based on global gold prices. Our live rates are fair and final.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome anytime during business hours.
